Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your WIFME account and all associated data in one of two ways.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open the WIFME app → Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Send an email to support@wifme.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject Delete my WIFME account.

We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and irreversible — this data cannot be recovered.

Some records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law (e.g. security logs), after which they are permanently removed.
